I am an attorney with over 25 years of experience, working primarily with companies that own, sell, or license intellectual property and information technology.

I often serve as “outside inside counsel” and outsourced general counsel for companies that require extra, expert legal resources at business-friendly rates.

• Written articles for and delivered lectures to international audiences on drafting and negotiating license     agreements
